Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and process flow diagrams
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across 5+ time zones via virtual tools
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time decision support
- Lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives) during night shift hours
- Conduct root cause analysis and propose data-driven solutions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance
- Proven night shift or remote work history preferred
