Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, use cases, and system diagrams.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure timelines are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and development lifecycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project.
