Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Sales) to define project scopes and deliverables.
- Create and maintain process maps, flowcharts, user stories, and requirement specifications.
- Facilitate requirements gathering meetings and workshops with non-technical staff.
- Support the Quality Assurance (QA) team by testing processes and identifying potential bugs.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn new tools, methodologies, and software applications quickly.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
