Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize business workflows.
- Conduct gap analyses between current state and future state business processes.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams (developers, QA) and non-technical business units.
- Document technical and functional requirements for software development projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
