The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and facilitating solution design. You will play a critical role in optimizing our operations and enhancing the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications.
- Create and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and data models using Visio or similar tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers to ensure successful system implementation.
- Identify process gaps and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI).
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
