Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows and system specifications
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align project deliverables
- Validate solutions against business objectives and KPIs
- Document requirements in clear, actionable user stories
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with financial services or healthcare domain a plus
