Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into functional technical requirements.
- Design and document detailed business process models, use cases, and functional specifications using industry-standard tools.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Product Management, and Operations to ensure project deliverables align with business goals.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge the gap between current processes and desired future states.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status updates and reports to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
