Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and maintain detailed documentation, including flowcharts, process maps, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Monitor project performance metrics and prepare regular reporting for executive leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
