Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Create detailed data models, process flows, and user stories using Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project milestones
- Develop interactive dashboards and KPI tracking systems using Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to validate business requirements
- Document findings and recommendations in comprehensive business cases
- Support UAT and implementation phases for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or tech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Proven experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile frameworks
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating BA artifacts (process maps, requirements docs)
