- Document requirements, create user stories, and maintain functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with documentation artifacts
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
