Responsibilities
- Assist in Gathering Requirements: Participate in workshops and interviews to document business needs and functional requirements for new projects.
- Process Documentation: Create clear, concise process maps, user stories, and flowcharts using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Project Support: Support the project manager in tracking milestones, preparing status reports, and coordinating testing activities.
- Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights for strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex business processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
