Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications

- Lead stakeholder workshops and facilitate requirements gathering sessions
- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs and UAT plans
- Monitor project KPIs and provide continuous improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in government or regulated industries
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated success in managing stakeholder expectations
- Strong background in federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, NIST)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
