Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder analysis.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Perform data analysis and gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, wireframes, and UI mockups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product management, and operations to ensure project alignment.
- Assist in the testing and QA phases to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
- Track project metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on progress and blockers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
