Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will gather, document, and analyze business requirements to ensure our software solutions meet client needs. You will work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and document detailed functional requirements.
- Conduct gap analyses and translate business processes into system requirements.
- Create process maps, use cases, and wireframes to visualize solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure deliverables meet specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with requirements gathering tools (JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
