Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to define product requirements.
- Perform data analysis to support business decisions and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
