Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights and support strategic planning.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, use cases, process maps, and system specifications for development teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between technical teams (developers, QA) and business units to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions against requirements and ensure successful system implementation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Process Modeling: Strong knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and propose practical, data-driven solutions.
