The Role:
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. You will ensure that our software solutions align perfectly with client needs, delivering value that drives business growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications.
- Create detailed process maps, data flow diagrams, and wireframes to visualize solutions.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions before deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI), and documentation standards.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
