Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify improvement opportunities and inefficiencies.
- Gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions, wireframes, and user flows.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and proposed solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication among stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
