Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct comprehensive interviews with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and pain points.
- Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimized workflows.
- Documentation: Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure clear communication.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and validate solutions against requirements.
- Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on project status, KPIs, and business performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Confluence is a plus.
