Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews to define project scope and business objectives.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Analyze current business processes to identify gaps and recommend solutions for process improvement and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure accurate implementation.
- Document detailed workflows, process maps, and data models using industry-standard tools.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail.
