Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering and analysis to define project scope and deliverables.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories for the development team.
- Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and data models using Visio or JIRA.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, escalating risks and issues promptly.
- Perform gap analysis to recommend solutions that improve business efficiency.
- Train end-users on new systems and provide post-implementation support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
