Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Translate high-level business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis between current business processes and proposed solutions.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Axure.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project milestones, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Validate end-user acceptance and ensure successful deployment of new software solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Waterfall, and the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
