Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical specifications and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, data models, and wireframes using tools like Visio and Lucidchart.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and using JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
