Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis and documentation to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Create and maintain clear UML diagrams, process flows, and functional specifications for technical teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and software developers to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.

- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
