In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring our products deliver maximum value to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
- Create process maps, wireframes, and functional specifications using industry-standard tools.
- Partner with IT and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and future state goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
