Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis: Conduct comprehensive interviews and workshops to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose strategic improvements.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise, and accurate documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication between business units and development teams.
- Data Reporting: Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and generate reports that support decision-making.
- Project Support: Assist in project planning, timeline management, and risk assessment to ensure projects stay on track.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar requirement management tools is highly preferred.
