Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements and user stories.
- Conduct gap analyses to determine the difference between current business processes and desired future states.
- Create and maintain process maps, wireframes, and flowcharts to visualize system logic and data flows.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
- Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
