Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis using interviews, document reviews, and workshops.
- Translate business needs and objectives into functional requirements and user stories for the development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, project managers) to ensure timely and accurate solution delivery.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired future states.
- Create detailed wireframes, process maps, and mockups using Visio, Lucidchart, or Axure.
- Monitor project progress and communicate risks, blockers, and status updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT or professional services sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
