Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and develop detailed process maps and flowcharts to improve operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, and system requirements documents (SRD).
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for business growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure clear communication.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans, execute UAT, and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies with hands-on experience in Scrum ceremonies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Tools: Experience with project management and requirement gathering tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Visio.
