Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Create detailed documentation including flowcharts, user stories, and test cases
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and prioritize business needs
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for weekend operations
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to align technical teams with business goals
- Validate system solutions against business requirements through UAT
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in weekend/shift-based environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business teams
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience documenting requirements for fintech or SaaS platforms
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
