Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and support strategic decision-making
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain project documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Partner with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Monitor KPIs and provide continuous improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and process modeling tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
