Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization, automation, and improvement.
- Create and maintain detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to support decision-making and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
