Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements using UML, flowcharts, and user stories
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop data models and perform data analysis for decision-making
- Create detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Knowledge of healthcare or fintech industries a plus
