As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you'll orchestrate cross-functional teams, deliver mission-critical projects, and shape our digital transformation journey. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software deployments
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage project budgets exceeding $1M with rigorous financial controls
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and waterfall methodologies as needed
- Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution for 15+ concurrent initiatives
- Present executive-level status reports to C-suite leadership
- Mentor junior PMs and optimize departmental workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience
- PMP or CPM certification mandatory
- Expertise in Jira, MS Project, and Asana
- Proven track record in IT infrastructure or SaaS projects
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
