Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise-level software initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies
- Stakeholder management across executive, technical, and client teams to ensure alignment and expectations
- Implement process improvements using JIRA, Confluence, and Asana to enhance team productivity
- Track KPIs and project health metrics, providing executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in tech/IT environments
- PMP or CSM certification required (Agile/Scrum expertise essential)
- Proven track record delivering complex software projects with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with budget management, risk mitigation, and vendor coordination
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
