Responsibilities
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions with executive stakeholders across departments
- Design and document comprehensive business process flows and system specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to implement and validate technical solutions
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Create detailed dashboards and reports using SQL and visualization tools
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through stakeholder feedback analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Proven experience documenting requirements in UML/BPMN notation
- Strong stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR)
