Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop detailed data models, process flows, and system documentation
- Create and maintain dashboards/reports to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Support system implementations and change management initiatives
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with process mapping and requirement documentation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) a plus
