Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather and analyze data from various internal and external sources to support business initiatives.
- Process Mapping: Create and maintain process diagrams (using tools like Visio or Lucidchart) to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Reporting Support: Support the creation of weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders using tools like Excel and Tableau.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to gather requirements.
- Market Research: Conduct basic competitive analysis and market trend research to assist in strategic planning.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of business requirements and process changes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (Graduates welcome).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) is required. Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a strong plus.
