Responsibilities
- Assist in Gathering and Analyzing Business Requirements: Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and document needs clearly.
- Support Data Analysis: Help clean, analyze, and present data findings to support decision-making processes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, translating technical jargon into business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in current workflows and suggest logical solutions.
- Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take accurate notes, and follow up on action items.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Attitude: A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset with a strong interest in data and problem-solving.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong logical reasoning skills and the ability to think critically about business processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI) is a plus but not required.
