Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business process analysis and optimization during weekend shifts
- Document detailed functional requirements using UML diagrams and user stories
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business needs with technical solutions
- Develop test cases and participate in UAT for new system implementations
- Create executive dashboards and KPI reports for leadership review
- Coordinate with offshore teams during weekend handovers for seamless project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirements documentation (JIRA, Confluence)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across diverse departments
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts while maintaining high productivity
