Responsibilities
- Lead Research Strategy: Define and execute the research roadmap for AI models specifically designed for the 2026 technological landscape.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading research teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
