Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable specifications
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives
- Validate data integrity and propose solutions for data quality issues
- Support weekend system implementations and user acceptance testing
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure business performance and ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM PST)
