Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including functional specifications and user stories
- Create SQL queries and data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirements workshops
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for leadership
- Support system testing and UAT activities during weekend deployments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience documenting requirements in agile environments
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Houston's energy or healthcare industry preferred
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent experience
