- Execute end-to-end project lifecycles for digital transformation initiatives
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across engineering, UX, and client stakeholders
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira and Confluence
- Manage $500K+ budgets with P&L accountability
- Develop detailed project roadmaps with MS Project/Asana
- Conduct risk mitigation and change management protocols
- Deliver executive stakeholder updates and status reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years project management experience in tech/energy sectors
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Waterfall and Agile frameworks
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and Jira
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
