Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis
- Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and technical specifications
- Analyze data trends to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables
- Support UAT testing and documentation of system changes
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies as a Scrum Master assistant
Qualifications
