Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Create detailed user stories, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams
- Assist in developing data models and reporting dashboards to support decision-making
- Facilitate workshops to gather input from diverse teams and departments
- Support QA testing cycles by documenting test cases and validating solutions
- Prepare clear documentation including BRDs, SRS, and project deliverables
- Track project progress and communicate findings to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (training provided)
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and methodologies
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
