Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and user requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop and maintain data models using SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize requirements
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and business needs
- Produce comprehensive reports and dashboards for executive leadership
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience documenting requirements using UML or similar methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST)
