Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities during weekend operational cycles
- Document requirements, workflows, and user stories using UML diagrams and process flows
- Develop data models and KPI dashboards to monitor weekend performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project objectives and deliverables
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and future business needs
- Create test cases and validate solution outcomes against business requirements
- Generate executive reports summarizing weekend operational insights and recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift or 24/7 operations
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented mindset with proven track record of delivering accurate documentation
