Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop detailed data models and SQL queries for weekend reporting initiatives
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during weekend sprint planning sessions
- Document workflows and process improvements using Visio/BPMN
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot anomalies in weekend production reports
- Present findings to cross-functional teams during Monday handoff meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience as Business Analyst with weekend shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in weekend sprint environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive-level exposure
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ complex data transformation projects
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
