Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of weekend operational metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for process optimization.
- Collaborate closely with IT and product teams to translate business requirements into functional technical specifications.
- Design and maintain comprehensive data models and reporting dashboards using SQL and visualization tools.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gather requirements for new features and system enhancements.
- Document business processes and create detailed user stories for the development team.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure the successful execution of weekend operations initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for weekend-related business queries and escalations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the technology or finance sector.
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data insights to non-technical leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, and managing requirements using Agile methodologies.
- Must be available to work a dedicated weekend shift schedule (e.g., Saturday/Sunday or rotating shifts).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
